Best Overall - Achieved highest torque at 390.4 Nm (288 ft-lbs) on 5/8 grade 8 and 457.8 Nm (338 ft-lbs) on 3/4 grade 5. Only 20.6% loss on rounded fasteners. Scored 100% across all tests as the baseline for comparison.

12-Point Box End Wrench
Achieved 339.6 Nm (250 ft-lbs) on grade 8, but dropped to 166 Nm on rounded fasteners (51.1% loss). Averaged 76.4% performance compared to 6-point. Falls off quickly when hardware becomes rounded.

Spline Box End Wrench
Achieved 279.6 Nm on grade 8, performed at 68.4% compared to 6-point overall. Better than expected on rounded fasteners compared to 12-point. Takes material with it when slipping.

Achieved 137.6 Nm on grade 8, performed at 35.5% compared to 6-point. Excels on imperfect hardware with only 39.2% reduction on rounded fasteners. Best for hydraulic lines and brake fittings.

Achieved only 111.1 Nm (82 ft-lbs) on grade 8, performed at 27.3% compared to 6-point. Described as 'dog water' but only used when access requires it. 48.2% loss on rounded fasteners.
